We are offering a very nice gold colored enameled teapot. This teapot features a round wooden handle atop a metal hinged strap. The unmarked teapot has a wooden knob on the lid as well. The wood has a natural finish. The inside of the teapot is black. The pot is in very good condition. The inside has some whitish residue and you can see the metal inside. There is a very small dent in the lid. There is an image of it in the photo gallery. It does not look like a dent just like a chip. But if you run your hands over it it does feel like a small dent. There is also a spot on the lid where the enamel looks like it got hit. It looks a bit lighter color. I have included an image of this area as well. I have never seen such an unusual color and such a well crafted enamel piece. If this fits your color scheme it would make a fine addition! The base is about 7 inches across. The height to the rim of the lid is 5 inches. This pot can be used or can be an ornamental piece or both! The wood was cleaned with soap and water. If I were using it I would probably put some tung oil on the knob and handle to preserve it.
